Returns and refunds

This store is currently being prepared for Solenne Mare launch testing. Please do not place a real order until final launch settings are confirmed.

For launch, returns will be reviewed within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where required by law or hygiene rules.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return postage are confirmed at checkout and in the final order confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method after returned items are inspected.
